Using the late nineteenth century definition of the li as 2115 feet, the tu was equal to 100.14 miles or 161.13 kilometers. Unit Definition (shaftment [ancient]) A shaftment, when used as a unit of length, is usually six inches or two palms, i.e. 15.24 cm (for the international inch).
